How does it work?
Here at hue, we understand choosing a new stylist can be daunting so we want to make the transition as smooth as possible.
We recommend all new colour clients to schedule a complimentary consultation prior to booking a hair appointment. This is a time where we look at the condition of the hair, go over your hair goals and hopes for the appointment as well as giving you a chance to meet your stylist and ask any questions you may have.
We create a plan for your hair and let you know of any costs involved upfront. and set you up with a plan and guide to achieve your best hair yet!
Following this you will receive details of the appointment and a confirmation text message a week prior to confirm your appointment.
Once you are here we will again go over consultation notes and plan out not just your first visit but a long term plan to make sure all your goals are met and exceeded.
When proceeding with the service we take into consideration lifestyle, maintenance levels, skin tone, eye colour and face shape so no matter what your style of situation, we got you!
We will wrap up the session with you loving your hair, take a few pics for our socials (with your permission) and send you a follow up email with details of how to maintain and style your new look, with detailed instructions of how to use any product we recommended.
