What services do i need to book?

If you’re not sure what service you need to book online, please reach out! Usually we can advise after we have a quick chat and see a photo of your hair currently as well as an inspiration pic of what you were wanting to achieve. 

How long will i be in the salon for?

We usually say to allow for three hours for a cut and colour service. It could be more or less time than this so please let us know if you have a time constraint as certain services may take longer. 

How much will my hair cost and how long will it take to reach my goal hair colour?

This will depend on what your end goal result is and what you have had done to your hair previously. It can be tricky to determine but usually after the first appointment we have a good indication if you’re booking a transformational service (from dark to blonde) all pricing is based on services performed and the amount of product use. We will always provide you a quote at the consultation and also discuss ongoing costs if you require more than one appointment to get to your desired result.

Do you do weddings?

Yes, we offer wedding services for all existing clients of the salon. We do travel to do wedding hair so get in touch and we can send you more information.

What are your opening hours?

We are open by appointment from Monday to Saturday.

Monday 9am - 5pm

Tuesday 9am - 4pm

Wednesday 9am - 8pm

Thursday 9am - 7pm

Friday 8am - 5pm

Saturday 8am - 2pm

Some opening hours may vary due to staff training or public holidays - but we are also open late nights as well as Saturday to accommodate for those who work Monday to Friday. 

We operate by appointment only - we don't offer walk in services so book to avoid missing out!

I am nervous to book in - what should i ask for?

Don’t be nervous! it should be an enjoyable experience to get your hair done and this is something that we pride ourselves on. If you’re not sure what to book for or have any questions we would recommend to book a consultation appointment first. At this time we can also do a strand test if you’ve had a poor experience lightening or colouring your hair in the past - as well as go over any questions you may have. 

How often should I be returning to the salon?

Your stylist will include a treatment plan for how often you should be returning to the salon as well as how you can best maintain the look at home, what product will be beneficial to you and work for your hair to keep the desired result for as long as possible. Some people prefer to come to the salon quite frequently, others only come once or twice a year or for a special occasion.  So even though it does very greatly, we are always happy to work with you & your lifestyle. 

Where is your salon located?

We are located at 61 Commercial St west Mount Gambier SA

Can I bring people (friends, children etc) to my hair appointment?

As our salon can get quite busy, we prefer that you come alone to a hair appointment. We understand that sometimes this just isn’t possible, so are happy to accomodate as long as we can perform service in the same manner & time frame. If you need to leave early due to time limitations you will still incur the full appointment cost.
